Research and translate US & EU market trends into commercial, marketable product designs. Collaborate with product development, sourcing and sales teams to manage sample development and prototype production. Present design concepts, new collections and market insights to senior management and overseas key clients. Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to keep abreast of global floral design trends. Partner with the Creative Director on business and product strategy, taking lead responsibilities for design projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Floral Design, Product Design or related disciplines; professional floral certification is preferred. Minimum 10 years solid experience in artificial / silk flower / faux botanical design with proven commercial portfolio. Hands-on experience with artificial floral OEM/ODM manufacturing and production workflows. Strong market research and trend analysis capability with in-depth knowledge of US/EU floral consumer trends and seasonal dynamics. Good understanding of global artificial floral supply chain and sourcing structure. Proficient in digital design tools; AI design experience is a plus.
