Bid manager

Develop pricing strategies by consolidating turbine cost models, logistics, installation, commissioning, and O&M costs into a competitive offer. Identify and manage bid risks (technical, financial, contractual). Maintain accurate bid documentation and ensure version control, auditability, and on-time submission. Coordinate cross-functional inputs (sales, engineering, construction, etc) to develop competitive proposals. Lead end-to-end bid preparation for offshore wind turbine supply, installation, and service contracts. Project leadership: Lead the tendering process aligning internal resources and being the main contact point with tender manager Bid Leadership & Contracting - Lead preparation of bid packages. - Internal stakeholder alignment. - Drive contract - Secure deals that meet margin, risk, and strategic objectives. Mandatory: 5+ years in bid/project management, OEM experience in wind energy, based in Europe. Skills: Proficiency in turbine cost modeling, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership.
