Responsibilities:• Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients;• Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems working with stakeholders from EY, client and tax authority stakeholders;• High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken;• Able to identify and manage areas of risk for clients and the firm, consulting appropriately;• Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service;Requirements:• Minimum of 3 years work experience in transfer pricing and related areas (including in-house work experience) • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting;• Strong transfer pricing technical skills with experience in all areas;• Strategically and commercially aware and committed to delivery of exceptional client service;• Negotiation skills - able to sustain opinion and handle challenges;• Effective time management - ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines;• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;• Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams;• Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff;• Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team;• Change-orientated with flexible approach. 职责：► 建立和维护与客户的关系，主动赢得项目机会并为赢得新客户做出贡献；► 协调安永内部同事、客户和税务机关，为复杂的专业问题制定并阐明解决方案；► 确保通过卓越的专业能力和实用的方法，高效管理且完美交付复杂且要求严苛的咨询项目；► 能够为客户和公司识别和管理风险，并提供适当的咨询意见；► 负责日常交付以及提供卓越的客户服务。岗位要求：► 在转让定价及相关领域拥有至少三年以上工作经验（包含企业相关工作经验）；► 学士学位或硕士学位，具有经济学、法律、税务、会计或工商管理硕士学位者优先;► 优秀的转让定价专业技能以及在各个领域中的经验；► 具有战略和商业意识并致力于提供卓越的客户服务；► 谈判技巧---能够坚持观点并应对挑战；► 有效的时间管理---能够沉着应对项目交付的压力；► 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力；► 优秀的团队合作能力，能够组建、维持和领导高效团队；► 指导和培养更多初级员工的经验；► 确保交付高质量的工作并领导交付团队的日常工作；► 能够灵活应对工作中的变化。
