Follow up responsible customers in one’s own territory and optimize the use of expenses budget. Manage suitable distributor network in the area, set annual sales target for appointed distributors, assist and monitor performance of Distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved. Speed up channel development with distributors to have a better coverage of end users Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market sales Observe competitors closely, cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the area Market data collection and site assessment for potential prospects.
