Job Description岗位职责1.基于客户要求提供色谱质谱等仪器的实操指导进行培训或咨询方案设计等支持2.基于客户工作流进行指导或提出优化建议助力客户降本增效3.演示仪器硬件/软件操作或维护流程解答用户问题跟踪用户需求4.提供持续支持并跟进、并及时反馈培训/咨询结果5.关注行业动态跟踪应用热点问题发掘培训/咨询/解决方案需求开发制作培训材料与关联部门同事积极协作用针对性培训服务提升用户体验。 Qualifications岗位要求1.硕士及以上学历仪器分析、分析化学、环境、食品、材料等相关专业具备 2 年及以上检测分析、应用支持或分析方法开发相关工作经验者优先。2.熟悉应用化学相关市场具备 GCMS、LCMS 或 ICPMS 等色谱质谱分析仪器软硬件使用经验能够独立完成仪器操作、方法开发、问题排查及日常维护熟悉环境监测、食品安全、材料/化工、石化、疾控等行业的典型应用场景、工作流程及相关法规要求。3.具备较强的主动学习能力、沟通表达能力和客户服务意识能够为客户提供专业、及时的技术支持具备良好的英语听说读写能力并能适应约 50% 的出差频率。Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
