工作职责JOB RESPONSIBILITY1. 负责项目物料需求对接，与PM, FL 保持紧密合作，跟进项目进度，项目RML/BOM清单梳理及替代物料推荐Responsible for project demand, work closely with PM,FL to follow project schedule , consolidate RML/BOM list, identify and recommend replace material2. 全程跟进物料到货、生产投产、成品入库出库进度，实时监控库存水位，分析呆滞库存、缺料风险，输出库存优化方案，保障供应链产销平衡、库存周转高效。Track material arrival, production start-up and finished goods inbound & outbound progress throughout the process; monitor inventory levels in real time, analyze slow-moving inventory and material shortage risks, propose inventory optimization solutions to ensure production-sales balance and efficient inventory turnover.3. 负责供应链计划数据统计、核对、复盘，定期输出计划报表、库存分析报表、供需差异分析报告，为部门决策、采购统筹提供数据支撑。Complete statistics, verification and review of supply chain planning data; regularly release planning reports, inventory analysis reports and supply-demand variance analysis reports to provide data support for department decision-making, procurement coordination4. 基于部门供应链计划实际业务场景，独立运用C语言为主编程语言，开发适配部门工作的小程序,涵盖库存核算、物料需求拆解、交期预警、数据批量校验等功能，替代人工重复操作。Based on actual supply chain planning scenarios of the department, independently develop programs and tools mainly using C language, covering inventory accounting, material demand breakdown, lead time early warning, and batch data verification, to replace manual repetitive operations.5. 独立搭建、开发、迭代智能自动化表格系统，结合业务逻辑设置自动计算公式、数据联动、一键汇总、异常标红、数据存档、自动报表生成等功能，优化Excel/线上表格传统作业模式，大幅提升数据处理效率与准确率。Build, develop and iterate intelligent automatic table systems independently. Configure automatic calculation formulas, data linkage, one-click summary, exception highlighting, data archiving and automatic report generation according to business logic, optimize traditional Excel/online spreadsheet workflow and greatly improve data processing efficiency and accuracy.6. 负责已开发小程序、智能表格工具的日常运维、bug修复、功能迭代，根据业务流程更新及时优化工具逻辑，保障工具稳定适配业务。Responsible for daily operation& maintenance, bug fixing and function iteration of self-developed programs and intelligent table tools. Timely optimize tool logic according to business process updates to ensure stable business adaptation.7. 沉淀数字化工具使用教程，同步赋能部门团队，协助同事熟练使用自研数字化工具，推动部门整体工作数字化、标准化落地Compile user guides for digital tools, empower the department team, help colleagues master self-developed digital tools, and promote digitalization and standardization of overall department operations.8. 完成上级交办的其它工作Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.技能要求Skill Requirements:1.熟悉SAP 等ERP使用 Capable of using SAP or similar ERP system2.精通C语言编程，具备独立开发小程序，业务工具的实操能力，可根据业务需求自主编写代码，调试程序，迭代现有MRP以及各种power BI功能Proficient in C language programming; have practical capability to independently develop or upgrade programs and business tools (MRP & PowerBI etc), able to write code, debug programs and iterate functions according to business requirements.3.具备智能表格深度开发能力，可结合编程逻辑+表格函数，搭建自动化、智能化数据表格系统，实现数据自动运算、联动、分析、报表生成。Capable of in-depth development of intelligent spreadsheets; able to build automated and intelligent data table systems combining programming logic and spreadsheet functions to realize automatic data calculation,linkage, analysis and report generation.
