为什么我们需要你： · Virash是一款服务Instagram Reels创作者的AI Agent产品，专注海外市场（英美及巴西）。我们正在从0到1搭建内容增长体系，希望找到一位对海外社媒有真实热情的伙伴，和我们一起探索、试错、把事情做成 你将参与的事： · 账号运营与内容创作：负责 Virash 海外社媒账号（Instagram、X）及创作者账号的日常内容运营；撰写原生口吻的英文文案、标题与标签；制作 Reels、Stories 等短视频素材，懂爆款逻辑的视觉埋点 · 社媒日历与选题规划：制定并维护社媒内容日历框架，规划选题、发布节奏与跨平台分发策略；理解并执行内容分层框架 · 趋势洞察与用户理解：跟踪北美、巴西时尚与生活方式垂类热点；关注X、Reddit 等海外社区渠道的用户讨论，提炼趋势与用户洞察反哺选题；对海外用户的审美偏好与流行趋势有自己的判断 · 社区互动与创作者协调：回复评论与私信，维护账号互动氛围与社区活跃度；协调创作者合作产出的内容，审核发布素材符合品牌调性与质量标准 · 数据复盘与发布节奏：记录内容发布数据，跟踪曝光量、互动率、播放完成率等关键指标；每周复盘内容表现，输出数据小结并优化选题与发布节奏；配合产品发布节点策划阶段性内容活动 我们期待你是： · Instagram和X的重度用户，清楚两个平台的内容逻辑和社区氛围差异，对海外用户的审美偏好和流行趋势有体感 · 审美在线，对时尚、美妆、生活方式类视觉内容有自己的判断力，会基础短视频剪辑 · 自我驱动，能把多件事并行推进、按时交付 · 本科或研究生在读，能实习5个月及以上，每周至少4天 加分项： · 从 0 运营过海外平台账号，有拿得出手的增长数据 · 有 Reddit 等海外社区渠道的操作经验或内容分发经历 · 长期关注 AI、设计等领域，是相关产品或社区的重度用户 · 熟悉北美市场文化，英文流利，可以独立产出能直接发布的原创英文文案 Founded in 2008, Meitu is an AI-driven technology company that carries "beauty" as its core ideal.
