岗位描述
1.负责海外业务线的功能设计与实现，涵盖传统算法及 AI、Agent 等功能模块；全程参与研发项目从策划到验收的从落地全流程，确保功能效果符合不同区域目标用户的审美偏好。 2.调研各类主流影像产品的效果实现逻辑与用户反馈，深度分析用户审美偏好及竞品动态，精准洞察影像技术行业的发展趋势；并结合业务需求，策划且设计出差异化的功能效果。 3.制定 AI 功能训练数据的标注规则，设计 Agent 效果策略，跟进 Agent 的效果迭代与优作，保障功能体验持续提升。 4.输出效果设计文档，协同算法团队将设计需求转化为可落地的技术参数；同步跟进开发进度，参与测试验收，解决效果落地过程中的偏差问题；此外，配合产品 / 运营团队完成上线验证与推广。 1.本科及以上学历，设计/艺术/摄影/计算机等相关专业优先，对 AI 趋势、新技术等影像讯息敏感； 2.3 年以上人像 / 图像处理产品设计经验，有海外类产品经验优先； 3.熟练用 PS、AI 相关工具等，理解人像图像处理基础原理，理解 AI 图像处理算法及 Agent 逻辑； 4.有国际化审美，了解海外不同区域审美差异，能主动提产品效果迭代优化方向； 5.具备跨团队协作能力，能通过数据分析决策，细节把控强且可解决效果落地问题； 6.具备一定的英语交流能力。 PS.作品集内容要求 ● 影像效果设计师：影像/AI 效果工作成果展示、摄影作品、图像视频后期作品、个人作品集或个人主页链接 Founded in 2008, Meitu is an AI-driven technology company that carries "beauty" as its core ideal.
