岗位描述
主要工作內容： 1.不斷積累自我調整機器系統的應用方案經驗能力，結合用戶端的應用挖掘和工藝瞭解，以客戶價值為導向，不斷優化自身的技術支援能力，為團隊及合作夥伴提供完善的技術支持。 Develop cumulative knowledge and experience of adaptive robot’s application; combine the application mining and process understanding from the user point to optimize technical support skills based on customer value oriented principle; provide comprehensive technical support for internal teams and cooperation partners. 2.從使用端角度嘗試並學習新產品及應用方案，進行相關產品及方案的對比分析，挖掘產品應用優勢，梳理產品及應用方案的優化建議，並回饋至相關協作團隊。 Try and study new products and applications from usage behavior point of view and conduct comparative analysis, dig out advantages, summarize suggestions for optimization of respective products and applications, and back to internal collaborative teams. 3.支援展會現場及客戶端教育訓練，促進方案銷售。 Support exhibition booths setup and given standard and customized robot operation/application training to drive our solution biz. 4.專案現場支持與調適, 完成交辦任務, 以解決客戶端問題為優先 On-site Project Support and Adaptation – Task Execution with Customer Problem-Solving as the Top Priority a)器人周邊配套設備電氣設計及標準設備如光柵、感測器、伺服電機、工業路由器、通信模組、PLC等選型工作；Responsible for electrical design of robot peripheral equipment and selection of standard devices such as light curtains, sensors, servo motors, industrial routers, communication modules, and PLCs. b)負責自適應機器人上位機控制電路設計及PLC/HMI編程工作；Design upper-level control circuits for adaptive robots and perform PLC/HMI programming c)根據電氣設計及選型，製作電氣圖紙、採購清單；Prepare electrical schematics and procurement lists based on design and component selection. d)指導現場服務部署工程師完成機器人工作站/線的電氣安裝工作；Guide field service and deployment engineers in completing the electrical installation of robot workstations/production lines. e)支持專案經理按照既定專案時間節點，完成專案部署中的相關工作，並及時解決專案實施全流中電氣相關問題；Support the project manager in meeting project milestones, completing tasks during project deployment, and promptly resolving electrical-related issues throughout implementation. i.參與方案階段中問題討論及風險把控，並對有條件的應用場景模擬測試驗證，確保方案實施的可行性；Participate in solution-phase discussions, risk control, and perform simulation testing/verification in applicable scenarios to ensure solution feasibility. ii.整理設計圖紙、BOM清單等文檔管理，支持專案終驗收資料需求；Organize design drawings, BOM lists, and other documentation management to support final project acceptance requirements.
