岗位描述
1)协助律师进行专项法律研究和分析； 2)负责尽职调查、财产调查、数据的处理分析和汇总； 3)负责债权审核、债权人沟通； 4)协助律师及合伙人筹备债权人会议等工作。 1) Assisting with specialized legal research and analysis; 2) Conducting due diligence, asset investigations, data processing, and analysis; 3) Verifying creditors’ rights and communicating with creditors; 4) Assisting associates and partners in preparing for creditor meetings. 1)国内外知名院校法学专业本科及以上学历； 2)法律功底扎实，已通过法律职业资格考试者优先； 3)有良好财务基础者优先； 4)积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神。 1) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a prestigious domestic or international university; 2) Candidates who have solid legal expertise and passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are preferred; 3) Candidates with a background in finance are preferred; 4) Proactive and responsible, and good at logical reasoning, communication, stress management, and teamwork.
