Learn and consistently perform all assembly operations within established quality, safety, and production standards. Rotate through assigned workstations and perform multiple operations as needed to meet production requirements. Assist with related production activities, including cleanup, seat teardown, minor rework, and basic equipment maintenance and adjustments. Identify, control, and report non-conforming materials and production issues to support efficient operations. Recommends, and participates in continuous improvement activities to increase production performance, quality, safety, etc. Works in a manner that promotes teamwork among fellow associates. Displays a positive attitude towards safety, works safely, and follows all the Company’s safety policies and procedures.
