● Responsible for introducing and selling derivative products to institutional clients such as banks and fund companies. ● Responsible for establishing product distribution channels and business cooperation pathways with institutional clients. ● Responsible for tracking and researching the development trends of domestic securities market products. ● Responsible for product training and promotion. ● Designing product structures and preparing business proposals based on client needs. 1、负责向银行、基金等机构客户介绍和销售衍生产品。 2、负责建立与机构客户之间的产品发行渠道和业务合作通路。 3、负责跟踪和研究国内证券市场产品发展动态。 4、负责产品培训和推介。 5、针对客户需求，设计产品结构，制作业务方案。 ● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Master's degree or above from a full-time program at a key university. ● Familiar with basic derivative structures, with strong interest and learning ability in innovative businesses. ● Meticulous, organized, and methodical in work, with strong multitasking and execution skills. ● Excellent written communication and client interaction skills, along with a good team spirit. 1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生；重点大学统招硕士研究生及以上学历； 2、熟悉基本衍生品结构，对创新类业务有较强的兴趣和学习能力； 3、做事严谨认真、有条理，有较强的多任务处理能力和执行能力； 4、具备优秀的书面表达和客户沟通能力，以及良好的团队合作精神。 职位类别: 校园招聘
