-Origination ● Assist in project origination, including preparation of RFPs, pitchbook and proposal, etc. ● Conduct analysis on potential corporate finance opportunities, industry trends, and competition dynamics of China & overseas equity capital markets ● Regularly write market update and conduct market analysis to potential clients -Execution ● Deal execution, including IPOs, placements, and other ECM products ● Manage specific transactions through the deal life cycle including preparation of funding strategy, and other related documentation -Syndication ● Coordinate the work of other investment banks and professional parties involved in IPOs and Other corporate finance transactions ● Communicate with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange ● Assist in the process of pricing as well as ensuring smooth settlement 1、项目开发与承揽 （1）协助项目开发工作，包括准备项目建议书、投标文件等材料 （2）对中国及海外股权资本市场的潜在企业融资机会、行业趋势及竞争态势进行分析 （3）定期撰写市场动态报告并为潜在客户提供市场分析 2、项目执行 （1）参与项目执行工作，包括IPO、配售及其他股权资本市场产品 （2）协助全程管理项目流程，包括制定融资策略及准备相关文件 3、承销团工作 （1）与投行团队及专业机构配合，协助完成IPO及其他企业融资交易 （2）参与证监会及交易所等监管机构的沟通 （3）协助定价流程并确保结算顺利进行 ● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Degree holder of Finance, or a related business discipline. ● Relevant investment banking internship experience with a reputable investment bank or related legal/advisory environment ● High level of drive, insight, teamwork and integrity ● Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese 1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生； 2、金融或相关专业背景； 3、具有知名投行或相关法律/咨询机构的实习经验； 4、具备高度的进取心、洞察力、团队精神及职业操守； 5、精通中英文双语。 职位类别: 校园招聘
