负责海外业务线创意编辑模块相关素材效果全流程，涵盖素材效果规划、设计执行、上线跟进及后续数据分析，确保素材贴合不同区域目标用户审美偏好，助力业务转化与用户体验提升； 调研与洞察全球主流影像产品的创意玩法，精准捕捉欧美、日韩等地区流行文化、海外网络热点趋势与热点美学，将趋势融入素材设计，打造符合本地化需求的优质内容； 关注AI新技术与行业趋势，结合岗位工作场景，优化并制定高效素材工作流，提升设计效率与素材质量； 输出需求对接、效果设计相关文档，确保与产品、运营、开发等跨部门团队信息对齐；参与素材效果核对验收，配合相关团队完成线上推广物料输出，保障项目顺利推进。 具体负责模块 主要负责海外业务线BeautyPlus和Airbrush的3D素材和动效素材，如相机AR、编辑素材、Web端素材等。 同时关注海外业务线BeautyPlus编辑器的其他模块内容，如AI效果素材、配方模块等。 3D与动画的 相关工作经验3年以上 ，能够熟练完成3D模型制作、材质渲染、骨骼绑定和动画制作；能够熟练使用AE进行动画和特效制作，并能通过AI工具结合实际工作内容提效与优化工作流。 熟练使用PS、AE、3D MAYA、Blender等相关设计工具，有3D、动画等专业背景；有较强的 AI 实践能力者优先。 动画、设计、艺术或相关专业本科及以上学历，有海外经历优先。 具备优秀的沟通与协调能力，能跨团队、跨部门进行对接，顺利高效完成任务。 具备数据分析和解决问题的能力，能通过数据驱动作出优化决策。 有强烈的求知欲与主动学习能力，乐于钻研新技术，协助落地业务。 ✨加分项： 会使用AI工具（Claude或Cursor、Tripo3D、混元3D）辅助制作3D、动画类素材。 有海外素材设计经验优先，喜欢研究日韩、欧美的流行人像效果，如发色、流行美甲、纹身等趋势。 有制作TikTok/抖音特效素材的相关经验。 投递说明 简历投递时请务必附上个人作品集链接或PDF。 Founded in 2008, Meitu is an AI-driven technology company that carries "beauty" as its core ideal.
