为什么我们需要你： 美图正在持续拓展海外市场，我们想找一位对海外内容、搜索和增长有兴趣的实习生，和我们一起把优质内容转化为可被看见的搜索流量。你不需要一开始就什么都懂，但需要愿意观察数据、动手测试、持续优化。 你将负责： · 参与海外市场增长运营，包括内容运营、SEO优化和推广活动支持，一起提升海外搜索可见度； · 持续关注全球热点、行业趋势和竞品动态，结合用户洞察输出内容策略和创意方向； · 协助海外渠道增长工作，开展关键词研究、内容优化、页面收录和排名提升； · 监测 Google、Bing 等搜索引擎数据表现，定期分析数据，挖掘增长机会并输出优化建议； 熟练运用 AI Agent 及相关工具完成资料调研、数据整理、竞品分析、内容优化等工作，探索可复用的工作流程，提升 SEO 执行效率。 协同内容、产品及市场团队推进 SEO 项目，跟踪优化效果，持续迭代执行方案。 · 筛选和整理优质内容素材，协同市场、产品等团队推动项目高效落地。 我们期待你是： SEO 实操经验： 有 SEO 相关实习经历、个能够独立完成常规 SEO 任务。 英语能力扎实： 英语六级（CET-6）及以上；能够独立阅读和分析大量英文资料、海外竞品页面及搜索结果，并理解英文内容的表达方式与用户需求。 AI 工具熟练： 具备深度使用 AI Agent 辅助研究、分析、内容处理或任务执行的经验，能够主动探索 AI 在 SEO 工作中的应用。 数据分析能力： 具备良好的数据敏感度和逻辑思维能力，能够基于数据发现问题、判断优化方向并跟踪结果。 执行力与自主性： 学习能力强，主动推进任务，具备较强的问题拆解、信息检索和解决问题的能力，能够在较短时间内熟悉业务并独立交付工作 加分项： · 有市场营销、新闻传播、英语、计算机等相关专业背景； · 对时尚、AI、影像等领域有兴趣； · 有海外内容运营、SEO、社媒运营相关实习或个人站运营经验； · 有海外学习、生活或跨文化交流经历； · 可连续实习6个月及以上。 Founded in 2008, Meitu is an AI-driven technology company that carries "beauty" as its core ideal.
