岗位描述
1)为知名跨国公司、大型金融机构、国有企业及市场领先的民营企业境内外股权及债权资本市场交易提供法律服务，有机会参与具有里程碑意义及广泛影响力的重大交易； 2)为公司并购、上市公司并购重组、跨境重组、债务处置、私募股权融资，金融机构设立、投资及风险处置、衍生工具和结构性产品等交易提供法律服务； 3)为大型境内外上市公司、互联网平台、资产管理公司、金融监管机构等提供日常法律咨询及合规建议； 4)协助律师进行全面法律尽职调查、撰写法律意见书； 5)协助律师进行法律问题研究，法律及监管动向追踪及分析，起草备忘录等各项法律文件。 1) Assisting with advising renowned multinational companies, major financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, and leading private companies on domestic and overseas equity and debt capital market transactions, with opportunities to participate in landmark and high-profile transactions; 2) Advising on corporate M&A, listed company M&A and restructuring, cross-border reorganizations, debt disposal, private equity financing, financial institution establishment, investment and risk management, as well as derivative and structured product transactions; 3) Providing regular legal advisory and compliance support to major domestic and overseas listed companies, internet platforms, asset management firms, and financial regulators; 4) Assisting associates in conducting comprehensive legal due diligence and drafting legal opinions; 5) Assisting with legal research, tracking and analyzing legal and regulatory developments, and drafting memoranda and other legal documents. 1)一流院校法学专业本科及以上学历； 2)通过法律职业资格考试者优先； 3)热爱律师工作，具备良好的逻辑分析能力、持续学习热情、沟通能力，团队合作精神和服务意识； 4)具有良好的语言表达和书写能力，能够熟练使用英文交流和起草法律文件。 1) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a top-tier university; 2) Candidates who have passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination are preferred; 3) Passionate about the legal profession, good at logical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and service awareness, and enthusiastic about continuous learning; 4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of using English for professional communication and legal drafting.
