About the Business Our Global Employer Services (GES) in China is an integral part of the global GES network. Working across geographies internationally and nationally As One, we deliver comprehensive and bespoke service offerings to help our clients meet their global mobility, individual income tax, social security and immigration needs in a fast paced, constantly evolving and increasingly complex regulatory environment.岗位职责：税务合规支持：为大陆成员所提供个人所得税业务支持，包括税务申报准备、税额计算，以及税务申报系统的日常维护与更新；签证与证件办理：负责外籍员工及特定人员的签证、工作许可证、居住证等相关申请材料的准备与跟进，确保流程合规高效；政策与法规研究：实时追踪并检索相关税务法规、签证政策及劳动合规要求，为团队提供准确的政策解读与实务建议；跨部门协作：与同事及成员所团队保持紧密、高效的沟通，确保各项合规业务顺利推进。任职要求：学历与届别：全日制统招本科及以上学历，2023届至2025届毕业生优先；语言能力：英语：具备良好的英文读写能力，必须通过英语六级（CET-6）；日语：必须通过日语能力测试N1（JLPT N1）；普通话标准，可作为工作语言；专业背景：非会计类专业优先，包括但不限于：日语、韩语、劳动与社会保障、人力资源管理、法学、新闻传播学、国际贸易、电子商务等相关专业；综合素质：具备高度的责任心与团队协作精神；工作积极主动，注重细节，严谨踏实；沟通表达能力强，能够进行高效率的跨团队沟通与协调。加分项：有税务、签证办理、人力资源或法务相关实习经验者优先；熟悉个人所得税申报系统或外籍人员证件办理流程者优先。Shape your future through impact that matters For more than 100 years of history, Deloitte witnessed also had the honor to be part of the economic boom in China by providing industry-leading audit & assurance, consulting, risk advisory, financial advisory, tax & business advisory services to nearly 90% of the Fortune Global 500 Chinese companies and thousands of private companies.
