● Support the DCM Team in executing bond issuance transactions ● Prepare pitching materials to provide market intelligence and other information relevant to the client’s funding needs ● Update market information and provide research information about debt issuance activities in different markets ● Plan and help organize investor marketing of the new issue ● Assist in deal execution, including structuring, documentation, syndications/sales, implementation of internal processes and coordination with other parties involved in the transaction 1、支持DCM团队执行债券发行交易： 2、协助准备竞标材料，以提供市场洞察和其他与客户募集资金需求相关的信息； 3、协助更新市场信息，并提供有关不同市场发债活动的研究材料； 4、协助计划并帮助组织新发行人的投资者路演活动； 5、协助执行交易，包括架构设计，文档起草准备，定价承销，内部流程的实施以及与交易中涉及的其他各方的协调。 ● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Degree holder of Finance or related discipline(s) ● With relevant banking or DCM experience in execution and/or syndication ● Good analytical and interpersonal skills with a proven track records ● Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) 1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生； 2、金融或其他相关专业背景； 3、曾有债务资本市场执行或销售领域的相关实习经历； 4、具备良好的分析能力、人际沟通技巧和表达能力； 5、中英文读写流利。 职位类别: 校园招聘
