岗位概述： Zawa AI（https://zawa.ai/)是一款面向海外用户的 AI 设计Agent，主打“对话式交互”和“高审美强创意”的视觉效果，帮助社交媒体内容创作者、SMB商家一键把创意想法变成营销视频、营销图片等。 你将负责 Zawa 的产品策略与落地，直接对核心业务增长与全球化体验负责。我们期待你是一位对模型边界有清晰认知、极致关注用户体验、且具备极客精神（懂 AI 辅助编程、动手能力强）的资深 AI 产品经理。 在这个岗位上，你会承担—— 调研全球市场，死磕用户痛点，拆解竞品动态与品类趋势。从真实需求中挖掘高潜力机会，制定清晰、可落地的产品策略。 负责从需求定义、方案设计、研发协作到上线推广的全生命周期。死盯核心业务指标，通过数据分析与用户反馈持续跑通产品增长闭环。 保持对前沿 AI 能力（模型/Agent）的敏锐度，准确定义其能力边界，将技术转化为优雅、直观的影像设计功能，切实解决用户问题。 站在海外用户的视角去打磨每一处交互与视觉细节，确保产品在不同的跨文化语境下，都能传递出高水准、一致的品质感。 我们希望你是—— 有 AI 实战经验的产品老手： 3年以上互联网产品经验，其中包含 1 年以上 AI/LLM/Agent 类产品的实际落地经验。 懂技术的硬核 PM： 理解大模型的上限与局限，能跟算法和工程团队深度对话；习惯用 AI 赋能自己，熟练使用 Cursor、Claude 等 AI 工具独立搭建原型。 具备全球化视野： 有海外生活、学习或工作经历，英语可作为工作语言。能够独立、顺畅地完成海外用户调研，抓取最一线的用户感知。 自驱且韧性极强： 有过 0 到 1 的项目或创业经历，能在高不确定性的环境中保持敏捷。乐于快速试错，并能把每一次的复盘转化为可复用的方法论。 加分项： 有北美地区长期的生活或工作经验，对当地用户的行为习惯、日常语境以及对设计/影像工具的审美偏好有亲身理解。 Senior AI Product Manager / Product Lead, Zawa Role Overview Zawa is an AI-driven design Agent built for the global market. Featuring "conversational interaction" and "high-aesthetic, high-creativity" visual outputs, Zawa empowers social media content creators and SMBs to instantly turn their creative ideas into high-converting marketing videos and images. In this role, you will be responsible for translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into highly intuitive products that solve real-world user pain points. We are looking for a hands-on, metrics-driven Senior AI Product Manager who understands model boundaries, obsesses over user experience, and possesses a strong builder mindset. You will take full ownership of execution, product strategy, and scaling Zawa's global footprint. What You’ll Do Deep dive into global markets to analyze user pain points, track competitor moves, and decode category trends. You will formulate sharp, actionable product strategies that capture high-potential growth areas. Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, spec definition, and wireframing, to cross-functional alignment and post-launch growth. You will continuously optimize the product based on data and user feedback, taking ultimate accountability for core metrics. Keep your finger on the pulse of GenAI/Agent evolution. You will clearly define the capabilities and limitations of models, turning abstract AI capabilities into tangible, high-value image/design features. View the product strictly through the lens of international users. You will refine every interaction and visual detail to ensure Zawa delivers a premium, seamless, and culturally relevant experience across diverse markets. Who we're looking for- Seasoned PM with AI Pedigree: 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM/Agent-driven products. Technical Savvy & A Builder Mindset: You understand how models work (and where they fail) and can hold your own in deep technical discussions with algorithm and engineering teams. You actively leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to build your own prototypes and speed up validation. Globally Minded: Prior experience living, studying, or working abroad. English is your native or professional working language, enabling you to conduct user interviews and extract raw, unvarnished insights from global users independently. Resilient & Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven track record of launching projects from 0 to 1 or startup experience. You thrive in high-uncertainty environments, embrace fast iteration, and excel at turning setbacks into scalable playbooks.
