● Lead and participate in the planning, design, development, and operation of the company’s FinTech-related platforms and systems across the following domains: ● Application Development: Plan, design, develop and operate FinTech platforms and systems for the company’s Hong Kong subsidiary ● Work closely with business units to thoroughly understand business requirements, deliver tailored technical solutions, and drive the seamless integration of FinTech innovations to enhance efficiency and improve user experience ● Monitor and assess emerging FinTech technologies, initiate research and innovation projects, and apply results to strengthen the company’s technological capabilities ● Ensure system stability, optimize performance, resolve technical issues, and oversee daily operational activities 1、参与公司金融科技相关平台或系统的规划、设计、开发和运维工作，涵盖以下方向： -应用研发方向：参与香港子公司金融科技相关平台或系统的规划、设计、开发和运维工作。 2、与业务部门紧密合作，深入理解业务需求，协助提供技术解决方案，推动金融科技与业务的深度融合，提升业务效率和用户体验； 3、跟踪金融科技领域前沿技术，协助开展技术研究和创新，并将研究成果应用于实际业务场景，推动公司技术能力的持续提升； 4、协助相关系统的性能优化、故障排查及日常运维，确保系统稳定、高效运行。 ● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Degree holder of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Network Technology, Data Science, or other related disciplines, with a solid foundation in computing and/or cybersecurity ● Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly and a strong innovative mindset ● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams, able to collaborate with different stakeholders in an efficient way 1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生； 2、计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息安全、网络技术、数据科学等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础或网络安全基础知识。 3、具有较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够快速掌握新知识和新技术。 4、具备良好的问题解决能力和逻辑思维能力，愿意分析和解决复杂的技术问题。 5、有较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门的人员有效沟通和协作。 职位类别: 校园招聘
